Details

  • HEB gives the Bowie Band Booster Club up to $5.00 for every $100 purchased.

  • The program runs all year long.

  • You can use your cards at Central Market, HEB, HEB Curbside, HEB Delivery, and HEB Gas Stations.

  • The grocery cards CAN be used online for curbside and delivery.

  • You can now pay by Zelle! Details in the FAQ.
  • There is a $1 monthly fee that covers the expense of supplies and stamps to mail you your cards.

How does it work?

  1. Sign up for a subscription to buy HEB grocery cards in $100 increments on a monthly basis.

  2. Submit your payment by the 10th of each month.

  3. HEB cards will be mailed to you on the 5th of the month.

Who can participate?

Anyone that loves Bowie Band, supports music or shops at HEB or Central Market! Invite your neighbors, grandparents, aunts, uncles, alumni and friends to join the program. Participants don’t even have to have a current student at Bowie in order to receive cards.

Frequently Asked Questions:

For every $100 HEB grocery card purchased through the Band Boosters, we receive a $5 donation to  our band program!! Purchase $100 and you receive $100. Fundraising  can really be THIS easy!

If a family of four spends about $1,000 on groceries each month, that could mean $600/year for the band!  If 150 families signed up for our subscription service, at $800 in HEB cards per  month, our 5% profit could be $6,000 PER MONTH!!

There is a $1 monthly fee that covers the expense of supplies and stamps to mail you your cards.

They are pre-loaded with the $100 value and therefore we cannot offer smaller valued cards.

You can sign up for the subscription anytime! If you sign up before the 10th of the month, you will get  cards for the next month.

The funds will be used to help pay for a variety of band expenses including Booster Club operational costs. Did you know that the Booster Club covers costs for our copier contract, Quickbooks fees, supplies, and other operational costs?
